The Beginning Of The End

There was little warning when it started.

As we walked down the street, I looked up at a tree we were passing. I noticed that the wind wasn't blowing anymore, the leaves weren't rustling, and the birds stopped their sing-song chirping.

Suddenly, a high-pitched whistling sound pierced my ears, like that of a missile just before it impacts the ground, in which it was closely followed by the sound of a sonic boom. As soon as the whistling started, people instantly screamed, and ran our direction.

Panicked, I looked around frantically, trying to find the source of the terror and sound. There! In the sky! Black, opaque ships had appeared!

I could use some help LOL! I need redlines on his hand, and possibly his face (mainly the eyes) The hands are really giving me trouble. That and the pickaxe XD Because of the size of his hand his head feels small now omg help

The snippet I drew this from: “All noise from the creature stopped, Zoey held the mushroom in her grasp even tighter. She looked to the floor quickly, not quite knowing why, that’s when she saw it.

Rythian’s dark matter pickaxe, lying right next to the creature.

It was then the girl noticed other features of her strange houseguest, brown tunic ripped along the back where a lengthening spine had torn it, boots with the toe area ruined by large, black claws, small bits of armour that looked out of place on the lanky creature. And in those few moments where Zoey had pondered the creature, it turned.

And Zoey looked into the mangled face of her friend.”

I do plan on finishing this sketch, maybe coloring it digitally. (This is going to make me put off my homework even more I just know it lmfao)

On the sides you can see me trying to get the head right. I didn’t want to go for the comical square head, and I wanted to make it creepy but I’m not sure I succeeded?

You can see here that I’m toying with the idea of him having shocks of his hair in the Ender form. Mainly that lighterbrown part.

Ripped clothing is a pain to draw. AND THOSE BOOTS. HOW DO BOOTS GUYS FFFFFF.
